I am trying to build a core xy system similar to a vending machine to retrieve boxes for an important project of mine. I am hooking up an arduino to a raspberry pi to use for extra GPIO pins and I am using a ULN2003 stepper motor module to control my stepper motor. Now it might be a software issue because at first I used the pyserial library but that had no pin control on the arduino so I switched to pyfirmata but even still the code ran but absolutely nothing happened.Please help I was up till 2 am last night trying to figure this stuff out.
