Beginners • How to make a hand console

Hello guys. İm New here and sorry for my bad English if i make a mistake.
İ am thinking buy RP5 8gb. And i want to make a handconsole like Steam deck or Asus rog ally.
İ watch sine videos on YouTube some of them made with pico or just connect screen to rp.

İ want to play PSP and some PS2 games maybe Gameboy.

Here is my question

How im gonna make it ? Can u give some advice please?
