Troubleshooting • Wifi and Bluetooth hardware failure ?

I cannot use Wifi or BT on a RPI5 with latest Raspbian installed and up to date. I tried booting on a brand new configuration, but I get the same issue :

Trying bluetooth :

Last try to see wifi device :
~ $ iw dev
--> nothing is output

Is there anything else I can do ? Is it a damaged radio chip ?
