Hello,
I've designed a PCB using the TAC5212 (https://www.ti.com/product/TAC5212) stereo audio codec and CM5 and have managed to get audio output from the left channel/channel 1 of the codec. For some reason audio is not being output from channel 2, even if i set "OUT2x source" as "DAC input" in alsamixer.
I can confirm that channel 2 of the codec is functional as when I set "OUT2x source" to "Analog Bypass" or "DAC + Analog Bypass" and feed an analog signal into IN2/ADC2 then an audible output is produced. Just when feeding the digital signal DAC input to OUT2/channel 2 I get nothing.
Can confirm that the CM5 I2S0 bus is active, playing a sinewave on CM5 switching between L/R channels. BCLK=3.072MHz, FSYNC=48kHz:Alsamixer OUT2x config, sending ADC2 to OUT2 produces sound:No audio from channel 2 when "DAC input" is source:Really have no idea what's causing this, I'm very new to linux and raspberry pi so any advice would be appreciated![😊]()
