Troubleshooting • Rasp Pi 5 will not boot, shutting down after 3 seconds of green light, flashing eeprom welds constant fast flashing

I have a rasp pi 5 8gb model, it will not boot, showing red, then green, for 3 seconds, then red again. I have tried mutliple sd cards, power sources, and also i have tried with cooling and without (as the CPU was getting extremely hot during eeprom flashing (which seems to not work).

If anyone has any help, advice or steps i can take to solve this that would be appreciated!!
