Troubleshooting • Raspberry pi 3b+ is not booting

Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue with my Raspberry Pi 3B+ that fails to boot properly. I have tried the following troubleshooting methods:
  • Booting via Micro SD Card.
  • I prepared the microSD card with Raspberry Pi OS (using the official Raspberry Pi Imager).
  • Inserted the card, but the green LED blinks for a while, then the red LED appears, and the cycle repeats.
  • Booting via USB Pendrive.
  • I flashed the Raspberry Pi OS onto a USB drive.
  • I connected the drive to one of the USB ports, but the behavior remains the same as with the microSD card.
On-Screen Observation:
  • My monitor shows "No Signal" throughout the process.
I have already:
  • Used multiple microSD cards and USB drives, verified to work on other devices.
  • Tried different power adapters (5V, 2.5A).
  • Re-flashed the OS multiple times with the Raspberry Pi Imager.
  • Checked the HDMI cable and port by connecting other devices to the same monitor.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this issue? Could it be a hardware fault with the Raspberry Pi, or am I missing something during the setup process?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
