Hello,
I am having some issues with my new NoIR Wide Camera V3 and I am starting to think it is defective, let me explain. I have been working on a Raspberry PI project using a 4 Model B testing several cameras to find the best for our setup.
I have had success with the a standard Camera Module 3 and a HQ Camera Module, both using the same standard 15 pin ribbon cable. I recently purchased a NoIR Wide Camera V3 to potentially help with lowlight scenarios but this particular camera is not working.
I am testing on a fresh install of Trixie OS fully updated, literally nothing has been changed.
gives the error: returns nothing!
Here is my config.txt:
Manually loading the imx708 overlay gave the following error:Just to be clear, the other two cameras mentioned above are both working fine using the same ribbon cable. Surely this points to a defective camera module as I couldn't imagine the NoIR version has any different setup to the standard V3?
One final thing in case it matters, I am using the official PoE adapter.
Thanks!
