Ubuntu • Use 5" Official touchscreen with i3

I am running a Pi5 16GB with ubuntu 24.04 LTS. I put i3 on it out of personal preference but now my touchscreen (the official Raspberry Pi 5-Inch one) is just blank. It works fine with PiOS and Ubuntu Gnome.

How can I set up my touchscreen with i3? (Touch is not necessarily, minimum is output as I will pair it with kb+mouse anyway)
