Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • Second I2C bus

I have an I2C device which seems to require being the only device on the bus. How do I set up a second I2C bus on Raspberry Pi 4B (or 5)?

I presume there are some official instructions somewhere but I cannot find them and it would be great to get pointers to the right documents.
