I have a few questions related to the recent CM4 PCN 31 published at https://pip.raspberrypi.com/categories/645-pcn:
1. It looks like the new firmware version required would be the v2026.01.09-2711 release described more fully in the release notes here. Is that correct?
2. What range of start.elf would be compatible to go along with the rpi-eeprom update? Any arbitrarily old version? Or are they almost completely independent?
3. Are there any subtle dependencies between versions of rpi-eeprom firmware, start.elf boot code, and kernel versions? Are those documented anywhere?
