Can anyone help me with the waveshare sim7600e-h please. I am struggling to get it to work. Im just trying to use it for internet access.
I followed the instructions here https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/Raspberr ... net_access which has resulted in a usb0 network interface with a private IP in the subnet 192.168.225.0 but no internet access. I dont understand why its got this private IP and not a public IP?
I now cannot get any response from it on /dev/ttyUSB2 to reset it in minicom. No text appears when I type.
How can I reset it back to its default mode and what is the recommended way of using this for internet access. It seems there is many and the instructions are not clear.
