I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue with my Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W.
I purchased the device from a trusted local vendor (which i found from the provided stores on the website) and attempted to set it up using the official Raspberry Pi Imager. During installation, I configured the WLAN credentials, selected the correct country and time zone, and enabled SSH access. I carefully verified all settings and repeated the installation process multiple times to rule out configuration errors.
Despite these efforts, I have been unable to connect to the Raspberry Pi over the network. The device appears to boot normally (LED activity indicates startup. Green 7 times), but it does not show up on my router and SSH connections fail. I have tested both password authentication and public key authentication without success. I also have tried the installation process on different operating systems and the result was the same.
Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or let me know if this behavior may indicate a hardware issue? The raspberry pi and the SD card are both new.
