Hi all,

I looked on the data sheet for the Pico 2 and found loads about how much current the board used in various scenarios, but what I couldn't find was, what is the maximum current it is safe to draw from the 3.3V onboard?

My application is currently powered from a 5V device, so has this fed into vsys via a shotkey diode. Also on my board I have 4 74LVC245 level shifters, an MCP23017 io expander, a PCF2123AT RTC and a typical 8 pin EEPROM. I'm also driving an SD card socket, and providing it with power.

I'm currently using an external 3.3V LDO regulator for this, but would it be safe to run that from the Pico 2's onboard 3.3V regulator?

Cheers.

Phill.
