Question is mainly for the pico team. What is the canonical way to provision the RP2350 flash and OTP during production? In some previous products based on rp2040 we just did a USB uf2, but with the 2350 OTP things are a little more complicated. One product I am currently working on is running an oscillator that is not 12mhz, so the usb bootloader is a no-go until I burn the OTP with my PLL settings. I am left with either burning a basic firmware to set the otp followed with the real firmware, or have the main firmware check and burn the otp if necessary(I don't like this).
It would be great to have a command line or gui tool where you can set the otp and firmware file to burn with SWD. A gui for making the OTP changes would be amazing since it would probably make mistakes less likely. It could dump out an OTP settings file to use in the burner software.
