Troubleshooting • Problems with charging

Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to ask a question. I have a Raspberry Pi 5 and I'm having a problem with it. As you mentioned, the Raspberry Pi 5 can work with a 5V and 3A charger as a minimum. The problem I'm having is that I have a 45W charger that outputs exactly 5V and 3A, but for some strange reason, the Raspberry Pi gets stuck in a loop of 9 green blinks, then shuts off for a moment, and then starts again. I've already tried unplugging everything since I had a USB-C to charger and HDMI adapter, but even with just the SD card connected, it's still the same.

While I'm here, I'd like to ask a few other questions that you don't have to answer:
Specifications (Raspberry Pi 5, 64GB SD card, 4GB RAM)
Do you think it's possible to set up a Minecraft Bedrock server for 5 to 7 friends?
Is it possible to output video through its USB-C port? Thank you very much for your time.

Best regards,
@xperro
