Networking and servers • PI zero-w can't connect to WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE network

After flashing with latest PI imager I notice that my pi wouldn't connect to my network, if I force AP to be in wpa2 only everything works fine.
I've seen people having problems and solving this via WPA supplicant conf but seems like it's not used in new raspbian.
WIFI.nmconnection file:

Code:

[connection]id=WIFIuuid=694aef8c-3dd6-4a0f-b013-42e3e8a5a751type=wifiinterface-name=wlan0[wifi]mode=infrastructuressid=WIFI[wifi-security]auth-alg=openkey-mgmt=wpa-pskpsk=pass[ipv4]method=auto[ipv6]addr-gen-mode=defaultmethod=auto[proxy]
Upd: installed raspbian buster and it works out of the box like a charm, I assume new NetworkManager is bad.
