I recently purchased a TrixBrix rail switch to explore automating my LEGO train layout. My goal is to control it using a Raspberry Pi 4, preferably with Node-RED. The documentation from TrixBrix is quite brief. There is an overview available that explains the setup using an Arduino, but I would like to use a Raspberry Pi 4 instead.

I’m not very familiar with connecting the rail switch directly to a Raspberry Pi, so I would really appreciate your advice on how to approach this. I do have jumper wires and basic cables available.
Based on the photos and specifications of the rail switch, could you advise me on the best way to connect and control it using a Raspberry Pi?
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
