My Pi, when it is started up, shows the rainbow box thing (what is it?) and then the screen goes black. Before posting this, I looked through the forum for similar issues, and learned how to check the EDID status, and I think that is my problem. When I started up the Pi without the SD card, and went to the diagnostics screen, I saw that the display line read, "display: DISP0: HPD: 0 EDID: none DISP1: HPD: 0 EDID: none"
At first, my research made me think that my problem was the cord, but it is the cord that came with the Pi three years ago. My Pi and this monitor have worked great, until a few days ago, when it decided to stop working. Any ideas?
