Camera board • Pi4 and camera module not being recognised by Libacamera

So definitely not a HW or Cable issue.
I have 2 Pi4 and hence can swap the sdcards.

I can't enable legacy support and can't see where I can add the relevant config
sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt
i have added the below lines as these are the only main differences I can see
[all]
enable_uart=1
dtoverlay=ov5647

[pi4]
dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d
# Run as fast as firmware / board allows
arm_boost=1

i am guessing this is a simple fix but I am very much a newbie with this.
