Has anyone had success in installing it? It is a Sinoseen SNS21852-V1.0 camera (sourced from Aliexpress) with a Sony IMX662 sensor.
I have a Raspberry Pi 5 with 8 GB of RAM and a Geekworm X1001 SSD adapter with a 512 GB SSD.
I have tried multiple OSs, Trixie then Bookworm, with both the drivers provided by AraKiLiu and Soho Enterprises (recommended by the manufacturer) but no success.
Is the Sinoseen board preventing this? Is the Soho driver only working on their boards, even if both uses the same camera?
All I wanted was to build an allsky camera with an improved Starvis2 sensor and instead got into a world of pain. All my Christmas and New Year holidays was consumed by trying to solve this issue.
Does anyone have the same configuration and can guide me? It is very easy for me to remove the SSD and use the RasPi Imager to start over any number of times. I just want to make use of this configuration that I already invested in a lot of time and money.
I'm a beginner in the Raspberry and Linux worlds, so please have patience with me.
