Automation, sensing and robotics • RSP --> Zappricator

Hi !.
Am building one RSP Hulda Clark zappricator based on this schematics:

The idea is to fit this schematics for use on RSP because am planning to use touch screen and some additional features like manual frequency input, time and power setup, buzzer etc. My question:

Can i remake this schismatics on the way that i use just N-mosfet with resistors and GPIO18 + voltage step up?

Final goal is to generate square wave with positive square wave in range up to 5 - 30V.
Power supply will be 9V.
