HATs and other add-ons • Raspberry Pi 4 - not finding all drives

I am trying to build a Media / Data Server with a Raspberry Pi 4. I have 6 external SSD drives. There are two USB hubs connected to the USB 3 ports. Each hub has 3 drives connected to it. Each hub is connected to an external power hub that supplies 5 amps. A standard 3.5-amp power supply powers the Pi. This all worked long enough to set up the drives with LVM/Raid and copy 200GB of data to them. Now, the Pi sometimes won't boot when drives are attached. When it does boot, only 5 of the 6 drives show up. I have also started seeing the GUI lock up. (i.e., mouse or keyboard not responding). Sometimes I have to physically unplug and plug the Pi back in to get it to boot. My goal is to add more dives, with powered cases, to the system. However, I need to get this config stable before I can continue down this path.

I have run vcgencmd get_throttled and do not see any power issues. Even with all the power already supplied to the hubs/Pi, it still seems the Pi isn't getting enough power. I am not sure if I need more bower, and if so, how to add more. Where/how can I add more power?

I am running an ICE cooler, so the Pi is running about 50 degrees, so I don't think there is a heat issue.

Any other thoughts as to what is going on here?
