Beginners • MCP4725 DAC noise

I would like to use Raspi and the MCP4725 DAC (or a bigger evaluation board available for this chip) to generate voltages between 0 and 5V which then will be amplified 30x with the PA78 opAmp to drive a 0.1uF piezo at 1kHz (the PZT is rated at 150V for max displacement). If I understand this right, 12 bit (4096) steps corresponds to 150V/4096 =~37mV per step. At the DAC output this would be ~1 mV per step, and I would like the noise to be significantly lower than that. How much noise can I expect from the DAC? And how do I measure it, if it's problem and I have to eliminate it? I read this helpful thread and found that noise around 20 uV was achievable, but I am not sure how I would measure it, b.c. I was hoping not to have to invest multiple Ks into a oscilloscope capable of <1mV/div.
