Raspberry Pi OS • Openvpn client on RPi 4B Rev 1.1 unavailable

Hello,
I tried Raspberry Pi OS Lite.
I installed OpenVPN as a client, but I can't connect it to OpenVPN server:
ERROR: cannot open TUN/TAP dev /dev/net/tun
Cause:
lsmod | grep tun
modprobe: FATAL: Module tun not found in directory /lib/modules/5.10.43v64
The linux-image-arm64 and linux-modules-extra-* images are not installable.
Only the linux-mage-6.12.57+deb13-arm64-unsigned package is available.
linux-headers-arm64 is also unavailable.
I can't compile the TUN/TAP module because I can't install build-essential.
In fact, Trixie on Raspberry Pi isn't working properly.
Does anyone have solution?
