SDK • SPI slave and RTC

Hi all

I have two questions but I thought I'll make one post about it

If I wanted to use SPI as a slave, would the appropriate function for it would be spi_read16_blocking from the sdk library, and also how would I get the date/month/year from the RTC, and be able to store this in a string or something.
