Troubleshooting • Video Not Working As Expected

Recently I made this display work and everything goes as plan until I decided to make it phone like soo I added display rotate 1 and yeah everything works desktop browsers UNTIL I decided to play some video and I notice that the video was playing not full screen even on windowed as you can see in the pictures https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ...
