After enabling boot mode and inputting the operating system in the RP2040 Pico the USB connection does not become available for program loading. This is all of a sudden occurring on 25% of the new chips we have purchased. The failure is in receiving inspection, where we are testing with a known good circuit. We changed to the latest operating system, and the dropout improved slightly. Does anyone have any advice for us? This is a killer for our production. The Chips came from two different suppliers.
