Having not used my Pi5 for a while, i decided to install Pi OS and turn the system into a torrent box. After easily installing Pi OS, a VPN, and Qbitorrent, i started to get excited at how smooth the process was going, then LOW AND BEHOLD THE NON-STOP PROBLEMS.
Regardless of the 40 different forums i visited and 50 different steps, NOTHING has solved the CONSTANT issues ive had running qbitorrent, WITH OR WITHOUT a VPN.
What should have been a 10 minute setup process (on windows) has turned into a PAINSTAKING
Muli-Day session of issues.
I will not spend another day even glancing at Qbittorrent. If someone has any other recommendations, with a decent GUI i'd be open to trying them and thanks in advance.
I've had issues in the past with the Pi (different issues) but its hoestly just getting to a point where it would be nice to once not spend hours troubleshooting something that should be trivial. (In this case DAYS)
