Graphics, sound and multimedia • Car Entertainment System, help picking the right hardware

Hello,
sorry for yet another car entertainment system post, i did some digging but i can't find the answer for my specific problem.

I'm a beginner with the Raspberry Pi and i have decided to challenge myself with a system for my 1992 Isuzu Trooper (no OBD II connector).

This is what i want to achieve:
Android Auto
FM Tuner Radio
Rear Camera
Auto Dim
GPS
Distance Sensor for reversing (this would be nice but it will probably be a later addition)

This is the list of hardware that seems to be the best fit so far:

Pi 5 8GB
CarPi HAT
7in touchscreen (the official one)
GPS USB dongle
FM Tuner rtl-sdr USB dongle

given the fact that i am using a CarPi HAT, what can i use as amplifier? any specific product recommendation? the output should be analog left + right, doesn't need to be crazy high quality... being a beginner something relatively easy (no soldering) would be really the best.

Also let me know if you see any major failure point in the chosen hardware.
