My rpi-connect stopped working after about 8 months of rock solid stability. I could not get it to start. Its a Pi 5 with raspberry OS
So
I uninstalled it
sudo apt remove --purge rpi-connect
Checked my system was up to date (it was)
Installed rip-connect without errors
sudo apt install rpi-connect
tried to start it with
rpi-connect on
and got this response
✗ Cannot start Raspberry Pi Connect as no D-Bus session bus is set, please see the man page for rpi-connect-on(1)
The man page was not helpful.
Any thoughts please?
