I am wondering if a Raspberry Pi that I have can be programmed to photograph and then use AI to identify moths as they enter my moth trap? I aim to have a system where a moth is attracted to light and then passes through the trap and out the other side (traditional taps provide a space for moths to shelter, unharmed, where they are handle and identified in the morning then released). This idea would result in the moths continuing on their merry way and not require handling. Is this possible and how would I go about the programming as I am a complete novice? Any ideas would be gratefully received.
