Are there any Roku Soundbridge M1001 users here who have managed to get the Soundbridge to play .aac files?
The manual states it supports .aac files but when I have the .aac files in my owntone library, the Soundbridge can see the
files and I can bring up the info of the files but they will not play, screen says cannot play with skip or try again.
The files were compressed with audacity as .aac files using ffmpeg which created .m4a files. These files play
fine in VLC and in the owntone web interface but as I said, the Soundbridge refuses to play them.
Could it be because they are .m4a format which I am led to believe is a container.
I would be very grateful if they are any Soundbridge users here who has sucessfully got theirs to play .acc files.
