Hi,
I connected my Pi to power earlier today to find that it was not powering on. I burned my finger when trying to disconnect the USB-C cable as the chip right below the USB-C connector (on the back side of the board) was really hot. It is marked with the letter 2409 G73. I am trying to determine what could be going wrong, and potentially fix it if possible.
Any ideas on how to start with this process? What is this 2409 G73 IC right below the USB-C port?
