Advanced users • PCIe I2C Alt Function?

Trying to learn more about the potential for alternative function for some of the pins on the 16pin PCIe FFC header on the Pi 5.

I imagine in some way the current PCIE_PWR_EN and DET_WAKE are the 2 pins that can be configured as SDA/SCL? How can I test this?
