It looks as though the SD card in my Pi 4 has got corrupted. At any rate, when I try to boot up it shows a bunch of text on the screen and goes no further.
I have a working SD card in a card reader plugged in to a USB port, so I can use the Pi.
I would like to clone this card to the corrupt card, so that I can use the internal card.
There is the SD Card Copier program which should work find, but I am confused as to where I am copying from and where to. The options I am given are
SDABC(dev/mmcblk0)
generic massstorageclass(dev/sda)
generic massstorageclass(dev/sdb)
So which should I be copying from and which to?
Yes, I know I could put the working card into the Pi and copy from that. But I am a touch clumsy, and cloning without physically inserting a different card into the Pi seems easier, once I know what I copy from and what to.
