Hi folks,
I have a project that I'm working on. I am using a 4B and was communicating using ssh and scp. I was getting responses from the 4 B in a second or 2 which was pretty good. I ran into a monitor issues and tried to modify the config file and finally got it working. A little while later, all of a sudden I was getting timeouts on scp and ssh. I tried changing back to the backups of the config file I made before I started with the monitor issue. Same issue, although at one point I got a ssh session to return after 5 minutes or so. I have no idea what happened. I have restarted both machines, the Raspberry Pi Model 4 B and the MacBook Air, same issue. Any idea what may have happened? I spent nearly a month getting the 4 B configured for my project and am a SQL guy and not very familiar with either Linux or Python. All I know is that I was coming down the home stretch with my project and now I'm basically dead in the water. All my Python, and CircuitPython files are on my Air and using BBEdit is much easier as I've had decades of using it on the Mac. I am baffled and very distraught as I really need to get my project done soon.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Joe B
