Automation, sensing and robotics • sending signal to computer USB to wake-up

Hello. Can anyone give me an clue about what program I need to write on a RPi 4 version B, in order to send a signal via USB cable to the computer in order to wake-it up ?
So, I have an PC which don't have Wake On Lan (it is sure, pls do not advise to look more :); but it have 2 USB ports which can be used for this. Right now if I press an key on keyboard or click on mouse then it wake-up, so it is working. But this assume to be phisically near ro PC in order to press. But I am not... So I think to connect an male-male USB 2.0 type A cable to the RPi USB port and from there to send the "magic" signal in order the PC to "think" that mouse/key were pressed and to wake-up itself.

Ofcourse, if what I wrote above is not possible and using GPIO there is much easy also will be accepted, as I bought already an USB to TTL converter who have the possibility to weld the red wire to 3,3 V (now is on 5V), but there I will have 4 wires/pins to connect to GPIO of the RPi and more instructions will be needed :(

thank you, your help will be very appreciated as I struggle since 3 months until I found that PC's motherboard don't have the WOL.
