Hiya folks,
I'm looking looking to create a farm solution for tracking when content is removed from a bucket.
Basically....
1. Bucket emits an unique ID
2. Scoop passes through bucket, WRITES an ID to something
Constraints:
- Buckets passive (no power)
- Buckets have 10cm diameter
- Buckets are next to eacother (so cannot mix wireless)
- Scoop can be powered
I found this thread here, viewtopic.php?t=324818, but can’t reply/contact to find out if they had success using the RC522….
Can anyone recommend inexpensive & compact solution to READ an ID in 10cm diameter zone and WRITE the ID.
Passive RFID, NFC, or alternative all together- eg shopping anit-theft? I'm open to all ideas here![:)]( "Smile")
