Beginners • How do I compile this source code on C. PICan2

Hello,

I'm very new to Raspberry PI and Linux. I have ordered the PICan2 and a Raspberry PI 4 B.

It says in the read me to:

#### CMake Project Generator
* Place your build folder anywhere, passing CMake the path. Relative or absolute.
* Some examples using a build folder under the source tree root:
* Raspberry Pi : ``cmake -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=~/rpi/tools/build/cmake/rpi.toolchain.cmake .. && make``

I'm not sure how to create and add the rpi.toolchain.cmake file to the location specified.
