HATs and other add-ons • Geekworm x1009

Please, help to solve problem

Setup:
Raspberry Pi 5 8gb
Geekworm x1009 hat (sata x5)
PSU 12V 5A
USB SSD with OS

Connect hat gpio (1-6) and pcie FFC
Connect PSU to hat

When I enable dtparam=pxiex1 in config.txt system shutdown
Near 3-5s after boot with low power msg
When disconnect pcie FFC (power still from hat) system works

Shut down with and without HDD's
OSes Ive try: ubuntu 24.10 and raspbian64

What I do wrong?

Added lines in configs

boot config:
dtparam=pciex1
dtparam=pciex1_gen=3 (gen 2 shutdown too)

eeprom
PSU_MAX_CURRENT=5000
PCIE_PROBE=1 (Try to remove but it still appears. I think because of "dtparam=pciex1")
