Troubleshooting • Waveshare 7'' DSI-LCD configuration on RP4B

I'm working with a Raspberry Pi 4B running the latest Raspberry Pi OS and a Waveshare 7" DSI-LCD. I've followed the configuration steps provided on the Waveshare product page, but I am facing some issues. The configurations from the guide don't seem to apply correctly. Specifically, the screen and touch orientations are inverted.

I've also tried other configurations meant for the Waveshare 7" models, but none of them seem to resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or successfully set up this display?
