Troubleshooting • Pi4 damaged PCB help

Hi,
Just wiped out one element from PCB. 3-legs component between hdmi ports. IT is probably a stabiliser or a transistor. Two right contacts are reachable on PCB. Left one is damaged.
What is this element?
Where can I solder the left leg?
