I want to create a captive portal using a Zero W that brings up a portal page (this page doesn't need content), and doesn't do anything else. In fact, I don't want this Zero W to provide any Internet access to any connected device. I looked into some instructions for some piece of software like raspap, coovachilli, and others, but I didn't understand the instructions. The guides I've found seem to have to do with setting up proper networking, which I do not. I am looking for a detailed guide for a much simpler need. Thank you in advance!
