Clean card, the lastest available 64-bit Rasbian Lite installed, the only commands executed on the OS are: apt update && apt upgrade.
At around of 80% of updating initamfs the system suddenly reboots and RPi stops on boot screen (the rainbow square).
Examining bootfs filesystem shows zero sized files:
