I have seen somewhere in the documentation that you can set dtparms in dtoverlay, but I have not seen how. Is this just dtparms or any config.txt setting?
I would like to set dtparms=i2s=on and usb_max_current_enable=1.
Also, for usb_max_current_enable=1 can this be conditional to just Pi5?
When looking at the Hat+ spec I see that you can list multiple dtoverlays; what are the pros and cons of this? I have two groups of functions (GPIO and I2S) is it better to have two functional dtoverlays or one at the board/hat level? Both would be custom dtoverlays (not currently in the distro).
The hat I am looking to build would be extremely low volume (less than 25) is it worth submitting its dtoverlay and driver to the distro?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
