Beginners • pi5 using 480i

hello

I have a pi5 that I'd like to use as a dedicated plex media player on my SD CRT with component

My cable chains looks like this
hdmi>vga>component

Looking around I found these settings but they dont seem to do anything, not sure if this was specific to pi4
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_group=1
hdmi_mode=6
hdmi_timings=720 1 16 62 60 480 1 9 6 30 0 0 0 60 0 13500 1
hdmi_drive=2

Can the pi send out 15khz at 480i through hdmi,?
